Short hair has become popular with many moms and many of the hairstyles are cute, chic and funky, with various hair colors and shades, for thick or thin hair. It is simple to style short hair if you have the right accessories. Some of my favorite short hair accessories include styling aids, from brushes to combs, blowdryers and styling gels. Those who decide to cut their long hair and stick with a short hairdo it can be a challenge to pick one that will work best with your work schedule.

Tips on maintaining and taking care of short hair is to first keep your hair clean, it can easily get too much build up from conditioners and hair sprays. Next you will want to let your hair air dry after you shampoo, because this will allow for less frizz and damage to your ends. Avoid drying your hair with a towel because this causes hair to have static which leads to fly away ends, keep hair smooth with hair polishers and mousse.

The first thing you want to do is to try and think of how much time it will take to do your hair each morning. Saving time on styling your choppy haircut can be the difference between wearing a bob or a pixie hairstyle. I always recommend that you consider the color of your hair when picking a very short boyish type cut. Simply because blonde hair is going to be more noticeable and darker hair is more dramatic and can be conservative in length. Also you can use a small barrel curling iron for your bangs if they are long. This is a benefit for those who have long and short lengths in a trendy razor cut hairstyle. Photo Copyright of PR PHOTOS
